OK, you need to configure your phone to access the internet in the correct format for mobiletripsheet to work. Follow the easy steps below (terms may vary from phone to phone):
From your phone's standby screen select "Menu".
Select "Personal Configuration settings"
Select "Add New"
Select "Access point"
Select "Account Name" and change to "MyInternet"
Select "Access Point Settings"
Make sure "Data bearer" is set to ,GPRS" or "Packet data"
Select "Bearer settings"
Select "GPRS access point"
Change the access point to one of the following:
If you're on Vodacom change the Access point to: "internet".
If you're on MTN change the Access point to: "myMTN".
If you're on Cell C change the Access point to: "internet".
If you're on Virgin Mobile change the Access point to: "vdata".
Go back to the "Configuration" menu ("Menu" - "Settings" - "Configuration")
Select "Preferred access point"
In order for your Blackberry to connect to the mobiletripsheet registration server you need to add an internet connection other than the default settings that you require for your Blackberry service.
Follow the easy steps below to sort this issue out (terms may vary from device to device):
From your Blackberry's main menu click on 'Options',
Then select 'Advanced Options',
Scroll down to TCP and select it,
Next to 'APN:' enter the following:
Do not select a username or password for the APN i.e. leave those spaces blank
First of all you will need to find the license certificate email you received when you initially registered.
Then, on your mobile phone's browser, go to www.tripsheet.co.za/download and follow the prompts to download the latest version of mobiletripsheet.
Once it has been downloaded to your phone, enter the details that you initially registered with, as per the license ertificate, bearing in mind that you must enter them identically to the initial registration i.e. case sensitive and space sentive, in order to ensure your new registration is correctly paired up to your profile on the mobiletripsheet server.
Once you have entered all your data correctly into all the fields clcik on the register button. you will receive a confirmation message from the server stating that your registration was successful. Should you receive a message stating 'unable to connect to registration server' please re-check your data that you entered and try again.
